Rental Availability


Availability is limited. 1st Come, 1st Served. Please Reserve early to be sure you get the bounce house you want! 


Make delivery easy!  Be sure you have signed your rental agreement prior to delivery and have your remaining balance prepaid or ready with cash on delivery.

We are excited to be a part of your upcoming event. Please read below for details, expectations, and frequently asked questions (FAQ). 



DELIVERY. 

Your typical rental includes Delivery, Setup, and Pickup. You just kick back and watch the fun! 

Because a driver may have 5 deliveries in 4 different cities and most parties start around the same time in the afternoon... we just can't be in all those places at once! So sometimes we deliver early if it works out that way in our delivery routing. But don't worry, if we deliver early, it does NOT count for your rental time. Just consider it a little bonus, because your rental time still starts at the time you scheduled it. 


Delivery should be scheduled at least 30-60 minutes before your event begins. Setup of a single inflatable typically takes 20-30 minutes. This earlier delivery schedule acts a buffer for traffic or emergency situations. We pledge to do all in our power to make sure your party is ready to go at the scheduled start time (1 hour after delivery time). 


If you need a precise delivery time because you are in a rented facility, etc. Please communicate that clearly ahead of delivery! Feel free to call or text 253-205-1542 to confirm any delivery specific details we may need to know. Be sure to include the name that is on the reservation in your communication. 



PICK UP. 

Just like deliveries, pick up times are often all at the same time, too! Delivery personnel sometimes have to pick up after the party end time. There is no extra charge for if the driver has not picked up at the time. Enjoy the free bonus time! Feel free to unplug or turn off the blower(s) when you are finished (Unless they are wet, then please leave on! It helps the water run off).


If something happens that causes the driver to be exceptionally late picking up, he may quietly remove the equipment in the late evening if it is accessible, or return the following day to collect.

RAIN. 

When the weather hits, we've no choice but to roll with the punches. We are very flexible with the rain. Many of the inflatables have a roof, so they do provide some limited shelter in the drizzle, but let's face it, if it rains, you get wet. We have some great ways to keep your outdoor party dry, so call us and ask for suggestions. If you still feel the rain will be too much of a damper on your party, just call us BEFORE we head out to you -- by 7am that morning, and there's no additional fee for cancellation. 


An In-Store Credit will be issued to your account for your future use for the full amount of any payment made. Credit must be used within 6 months of the weather-cancelled event, unless otherwise extended by management.



CAPACITY. 

Most of the inflatable jumpers have a safety capacity as follows: 

- Up to 6 kids at a time 

- Up to 4 teens; or 3-4 adults

It's good to limit most bouncy houses to individuals Under 180 pounds, and on some of the slides, obstacle courses,and Interactives, up to a max of 250 pounds. It's recommended for most inflatables to keep the total weight in a bounce house at one time under 1,000 pounds. 



PAYMENT. 

We do our best to make your payment options as flexible as possible. Payment in full is not required to make a reservation. If someone else is paying as a gift, or payday still a few days around the corner, we work with you to make sure you get the equipment you need for your party reserved. 

Flexible payment options include: 

- Credit or Debit Card online

- Credit or Debit Card by phone 

- Cash on delivery 

We do not accept personal checks as a form of payment. There is a cash discount. We'd rather support YOU than that credit card company. Please take advantage of the cash discount and YOU keep the credit card fees. 

When the drivers arrive, they are expecting to receive either the cash balance, or a copy of the receipt (digitally or printed) from a credit/debit card payment. If you have paid in full in advance of your delivery, your receipt may not be needed. 


SECURITY POLICY

Because your security is important to us, we do not internally store credit card information digitally or manually. Our online card processing is handled securely through processing industry leader Authorize.net 

The systems SSL software encrypts all of your information, including name, address, phone, and credit card numbers so that they cannot be read over the Internet. 


RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: 

Reservations require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 20% that DOES count toward your rental cost. You can get a quote online and reserve immediately online, subject to availability. Last-minute bookings less than 24 hours in advance of the party start time need cannot be booked online, so please call you order in. We often can accommodate last-minute or same-day bounce house rentals, but you must call in to verify delivery availability. 

Reservations are generally not considered to be valid until the deposit is received. Requested Items may remain available for other customers until deposit is received. If you have received a confirmation email for your quote, you do have a reservation. If you have not made a deposit yet, it does not mean that this reservation is cancelled, it may be in pending status.  Please call to cancel a reservation at 253-205-1542 


Cancellations:

 The 20% deposit is non-refundable. If the request for cancellation is received more than 10 days in advance of the party date, the full amount of the deposit will remain as a credit toward a future rental within 6 months of the original party date. If more than the deposit has been paid, the amount paid over the deposit may be refunded or maintained as a credit toward your future rental within one year. 

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, but less than 10 days in advance, 1/2 of the deposit amount will remain as a credit toward a future rental within one year of the original party date. 

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund. The deposit will not be refunded or credited. However, any amount paid over the deposit will be applied to the account as a credit usable for 6 months for the full value of the payment made.
